Getting things in order…
Hey dudes and not dudes… ? Henry here. I hope you’re having a great day cuz I am. Recently I’ve just been feeling super unorganized and worried about everything like “Why am I not making money with my music at 16???” and just feeling like at the end of the day I did basically nothing. I waste a lot of time and I know it needs to stop if I want to make any progress with my goals. One of my main time wasters is YouTube. Whenever I get distracted for a second or forget what I’m doing I instantly open YouTube and waste 30 min of my life.
Recently I’ve been using a planner and I think for my brain and how I am, this is the best option for me. I know it doesn't work for everyone but I think everyone should at least try it out.
I've noticed that it's almost impossible for me to do anything productive if my room is a mess. My room isn’t very big and I’m in here most of the time so when it's a mess I feel so unorganized and distracted. A clean room is a really good start if you’re feeling overwhelmed and unorganized. I recommend it.
I have a system where I try to get 3 perfect days a week. For me when I say perfect day I mean getting everything done on my list that day. Eventually I wanna get perfect weeks because I would get so much more done if I just wasn't lazy and did everything on my list. I feel like everyone’s lazy. It's something people have to actively work against and I'm trying to do that.
I think I'm slowly but surely making progress towards what I want to do.I just know it takes time. I'm just not a very patient person when it comes to this type of thing but I know I just need to keep working and stick to it. I think the number 1 reason why people fail is because they don't stick to it and give up. I'm not going to do that though. I’m gonna be better. I hope you’re having a great day and I’ll update you guys on progress soon.
Thanks!
